120-Minute Runtime OKP K7 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner Review

Came back to edit the review. This vacuum completely failed after ONE month. I've cleaned it, cleaned the brushes, etc. It turns on, moves for a few seconds, and gives me an error message. 😭

Minimum order. I always have to vacuum afterwards, so it makes no sense. Would have returned but missed return date while in hospital. Also filled in to get a gift for signing up for a guarantee and never got it. a joke!

Got my K7 today and it's already proving to be very useful. I'm so lucky to have this! Gathered cat and dog hair, strewn plant soil, not to mention the constant dusting of dirt and debris attracted to the feet of everyone who steps in the door. This will save me so much time!

We have followed directions and cleaned it as instructed after each use. We used it 2-3 times a week so it's relatively easy to use. Stops working, beeps and turns off. He says to check the roller which we do, they cleaned it (it didn't clog at all) but it won't go. It was a great little device when it worked, but costing $150 and only working for about a month sucked. I hope I can return or replace.

This is an amazing little vacuum. It works with Alexa and seems to perform well. It transitions easily from hard surfaces to carpet and stops before falling off our top step. I have what I think is a minor problem and when I contacted customer service they told me to send a video of the problem to a website I can't find. So there aren't many reviews yet. If the support works I will edit and readjust my rating.

This is our third run with this vacuum and we love it. The automatic feature isn't always the best, and may work best for spot cleaning, but we found the scalloped pattern worked best. When we ran it yesterday, the vacuum cleaned most of our hardwood floors within an hour and only missed a few spots. Things are much better today and they don't spend as much time in one area. It's been 48 minutes and "Rosie" (named after the Jetsons' robot girl) is almost done with our great room and corridors…

So far I love this robot! Used for the first time today and it did a great job cleaning pet hair, it clearly has a lot of suction power. My roommate works nights and sleeps during the day so I was incredibly happy with how quiet it is, finally I can vacuum during the day again! It was pretty easy to set up and pretty easy to connect to Alexa. I'm a little tired of the battery life, but haven't used it enough to make a competent point. Updated 3/14.Changed my rating.
