🌶️ Enhance Flavor with the Olde Thompson 17" Hotel Wood Pepper Mill Review

We've been looking for a tall wooden pepper mill for a long time! Read reviews about it and jumped at the chance, so glad we did! This is a lovely grinder, we have it on the counter and use it every day, it has a soft grind and doesn't jam like the others we've had. Excellent quality, this is a 5 star grinder!

I have other Old Thompson pepper mills and have used them for years; They are one of the best and best in quality and price. I would like to add that I really like the spicy taste and I use a large number of whole peppercorns. That's why I think my pepper grinders work. This tall pepper mill quickly and efficiently grinds large quantities of pepper from very fine to coarse. Easy to use and aesthetic. I would definitely buy again for my own use or as a gift.

This pepper grinder is beautiful and looks exactly how I wanted it and the picture. However, I've had it for over 6 months now and it doesn't grind pepper very well. I bought this product exactly two months ago and really liked it until I tried it yesterday and it started spinning very smoothly with no grinding sensation. On closer inspection, the wooden panel had been cut off so far that the metal rod could no longer be turned. Now it's a perfect round hole and when you try to use the pepper grinder it just spins around and does nothing. Have only used it a few times since I got it but so far it's GREAT. one of those crappy plastic bottles you buy at the store. This thing shames him. It's easy to adjust the coarseness of the coffee grinder. I usually eat it on a fine grind, but I like to use a very coarse grind for steaks and other meat seasonings. I also really like its size.
