The pepper is still tasty as ever, but they made the grinder cheaper which lid is difficult to remove. In previous years I could turn it upside down, grind a bunch into the lid, and then break it off with no problem. This new one is PITA only

This is the third time I have ordered this freshly ground pepper. I really like this product. the best setting, the pepper particles are quite large. And this plastic bottle cannot be opened to refill. (The bottle will last for years so don't worry) For the price and ease of use I would highly recommend this pepper to anyone.

I know it says 4.8 oz but I forgot the spices are pretty light. actually a lot of pepper. And two of them! My only worry is that the second one may die of old age before I can get to it. The spice itself has a pleasant flavor, it doesn't have that old sawdust flavor that's sitting around. I wish a coffee grinder would let me get some. thinner for flavoring soups and pastries, allows for a decent range of adjustment but not super fine tuning.
