When I open the doors of my HR-V, I smile!

My son installed this on his 2017 HR-V and did a great job. You really need to spend some time installing them properly i.e. H. Hide cables, etc. There is no installation guide, but you can find it on the internet step by step. You are wonderful!

Good quality and great look!

Nice and bright. Would have given 5 stars but no fitting instructions. Luckily one of the HRV forum members wrote a great tutorial with very helpful photos of the process. The contribution can be found there under "olike" or "highlight thresholds" if desired.

Highly recommended. on door guard

I love those lighted step plates. The installation was very easy, but it also took a long time. All I did to install the lighted kick plates was remove the rubber frame on each door, remove the plastic kick plates/entry plates and route the cable from the fuse through the back. and finally to the passenger seat. (*no fuse crimp required, wiring harness included*) If anyone has any installation questions or questions about this product, I'm happy to answer them!

So glad I didn't pay $220 for OEM

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the quality and appearance of these LED door sill protectors for my HRV. They require a little work to install. I've been watching videos on YouTube of them being installed on a Honda-Fit. It turns out that the 2015 Honda Fit and my 2016 HRV are virtually identical in their setup. I would give them 4.5 if I could. Just because the fuse holder was a little loose and I had to add some filler to ensure the fuse made contact with the wires on both sides…

Adds a nice touch to the HR-V, but probably isn't a setup for the inexperienced.

Before ordering I recommend you read the fitting guide that Honda has published for their similar part. You may find that this is a more complex setup than you are willing to take on. In any case, I think it makes sense to find out about the installation of these parts before ordering. Honda Installation Instructions are available in PDF format on the Honda Online Store Installation Instructions page. Otherwise the parts are identical to the OEM parts with the exception that the rear door sills
