I used this to change the transmission fluid on an Audi A3 which is the dirtiest fluid change I have ever done on a car. Liquid goes everywhere. Well, it didn't happen this time because this carpet soaked it up. If you're a clutter maker like me. Take it. This will save your path.

I used this for our new driveway. I attached it to a 3/8 piece of plywood and wrapped it around the edges. (Now it won't be blown away.) This is for all the smart people who gave the product a bad review. We put rubber feet on a piece of plywood so that air gets inside. This is an amazing product.

This was a great choice, came in handy when I was changing the gasket on my truck's oil filter cooler and the job went smoothly with no worries. Some oil spilled but the mat soaked it up like a champ. Will definitely be buying again in the near future reading the motor on my ae86.

I wish it was a little wider in case of oil splashing. I find the length perfect. It has oil absorbent at the top and some kind of rubber material at the bottom to keep oil from getting through. I used a tarp but this is much better. I could have used this a few weeks ago when I was doing an oil change and the drain bucket got punctured and spilled 7 quarts of oil down my driveway.

Quite poor quality carpet. It's thin and very light. The rug was part of a larger roll that they simply cut to size. The cut looks like it was made with children's scissors. Ugly unpresentable. The carpet is so light that it will fly away in the slightest breeze. The plastic backing is glued on and will soon fall apart. The edges are not sealed so I would expect that if you spill oil near the edge it will spill out and the plastic backing will likely roll off the mat at the edges. Better spend…
