Not bad but not great

This was supposed to be a saw blade and for that purpose was a disappointment. The cuts were ok but I needed a cut and this isn't it.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for the elderly

Great saw blade, best power tool, parts and supplies

Husband says he is happy with it and cuts well. This is a great review of him because in general he is an irritable guy. So a 5 star rating from him is like a 10 star rating from ordinary people.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Best disc but best power and hand tools

The first time I used this disc I went through 2" Live Oak. The blade went right through. I've used Bosch discs before and this Olson -Scheibe blasted them far, not even a fair comparison.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Blank

Excellent blade for sawing.

Great blade. I installed it on my 10" WEN sawmill with great results. Easily cut multiple 6" mahogany planks. There were some drift issues with the standard canvas, but not this one.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Fine

Blade Beast of a Power Tool Parts & Accessories

This blade is a little more expensive than the cheaper ones but works much better. Aggressive teeth, very sharp. Cuts through 2" old oak like a walnut. Weld is well finished and smooth. No problems. Fits perfectly on my Shopsmith band saw. I expect lots of good use from it.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Available in black only

Finally my bandsaw works well!

This blade made me think my 10" W bandsaw could make good, straight cuts. After trying to set up the saw and changing around 8 different blades, I came to the conclusion that to get good results from the saw you need to invest in a good and more expensive blade. All other inexpensive saw blades did not work on my saw. The cuts were pretty awful I thought I'd need another saw but I needed a good disc and now I seem to have one!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

WTF? Not welded! for Blades

I bought this bandsaw used - LIKE NEW for a few dollars less. But when I opened it I was like WTF? The blade was not welded together. I guess non-welded band saws aren't in high demand so I was really confused by what I saw. I just hope Revain doesn't try to resell this blade as USED_LIKE NEW.

Pros
  • Power and Hand Tools
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Damned. in Band Saw Blades

I have a 10 inch Vein 2 speed band saw. The standard blade, 6 tpi, is sharp and good for trimming, but even after hours of adjustment, it still went everywhere on long cuts. I started making my own turning blanks out of fallen trees and needed something a little more grippy. This blade is amazing! Cuts fast and straight. Yes 3tpi makes a rough cut but I turn wood on a lathe so I don't care. Tried on a long piece of oak 2x4, sawn in half. Wow, it goes straight and never slows down the sawโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Saw Blades
Cons
  • Boring Pack
