Very happy with Power Tool

I have used this blade to cut wet logs into boards to dry. This works best for my old band saw at the moment. I tried a sliding tooth blade but it got stuck. This can go on for many cuts. I ended up not having to hold a wire brush to my teeth to scrape the pulp from the softwood.

Pros
  • Power Tool and Hand Tool
Cons
  • Available in White Only

Works great on my 12 " Craftsman band saw!

I purchased this saw blade after trying to cut a 1" ash for a sailboat batten with a new saw blade from Sears. I had to push the stock so hard the blade didn't go straight, even after leveling and adjusting the guides the armor was unevenly thick. This blade worked much better!Nice easy straight cuts with no stress on the saw, guides or me. A good sharp blade makes a big difference!

Pros
  • Saw Blades, Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Fade-out

Excellent quality. Check the size before discarding the packaging.

The box has arrived. I ordered 80 inches. The packaging says 80 inches. Excitedly, I tore open the box, ripped out the blade and threw the box away. Then I digress. A month later I tried to install the blade. It was the wrong size. Apparently the box was mislabeled and I received an 82.5" blade. I donated it to Habitat for Humanity and they are using it to furnish poor people's homes. They say it's a great blade. I went to a local woodworker and bought a suitable blade.

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • Some errors
