🎤 Olympus WS-400 S White Digital Recording Device Review

Great for us elderly people who tend to forget things. So small and so light, you can slip it in your shirt pocket and not even notice it's there. The audio is good enough to transcribe your notes. (Probably much better in short game mode. Haven't tried it yet.) The USB connection makes it easy to download to a computer. Since it creates WMA files, it works well with Windows Media Player. Good price, good investment.

Although I use this voice recorder for work, it works great. The most convenient feature is the retractable USB connector, you can burn your recording to a CD and you're done. MICROPHONES are very sensitive and have a pretty good range (up to 40-50 feet). The LOCK function is great and the recorder doesn't start recording in your pocket. It's been a few days and there are some things that need improvement. First, the manual is very limited and does NOT explain all of the features. For example, the function of the Conf or Dict key is missing, no explanations about the playback speed, no instructions to remove the plastic film from the battery before inserting it, and the voice is distorted during playback.
