Wetsuit that keeps kids warm in the water - size 3 for 5 year olds

This wetsuit keeps my son warm in the water for extended periods. He always gets cold in the water and usually comes out of the water shivering with purple lips. This wetsuit will keep him warm in the water (outdoor and indoor) and he can spend more time in the water. This thermal suit is thick enough to keep him warm but doesn't restrict his movement so he won't have trouble swimming. I ordered size 3 for my 5 year old who is 46 inches tall and almost 40 pounds. He still has room to grow.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Read the reviews and basically say wetsuits are bigger. .

Read the reviews and basically say the wetsuit is bigger. My daughter is 4.5 years old, weighs 34 kg. Yes she is petite so I bought a size down (size 3) and it might fit her and she had little room to grow. On the other hand, I have a son who is almost 2 years old (31 lbs). Most people say he's tall for his age so I got him a size 2 and it fits him perfectly with little room to grow. This item is essential for families who swim all year round. Even though we have a heated pool, this wetsuit…

HUGE size but great quality and super cute.

Very cute but HUGE! My 4 year old was too small for a size 3. The wetsuit fits snugly especially around the edges to hold water and allow it to warm to body temperature and keep you warm. the size 3 let all the water out of the sleeves and pant legs when he moved, so it just wouldn't keep him warm. It is very thin and a little small for its age but fits the sizing description for a size 3. Haven't ordered a size 2 to try but will soon. Aside from the size, the quality is excellent. As always…

The first two suits were great, the third one stank!

These suits are great - I was concerned from other reviews there would be an unpleasant odor but we had no problems. My 5 and 3 year olds wore them to the beach in San Diego - they usually last 5 minutes in colder water and this year they were boogie boarding for hours. Great find! Size 3 fit my lanky and skinny 5.5 year old (37 lbs, 45 inches) well. EDIT: My 6 year old has already outgrown the size 3 suit so I ordered her a new one in a larger size. Smells VERY bad, like a skunk or other…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Out of style

Highly recommended! Sizes for the little ones!

Our grandson is almost 2 years old and weighs about 21 kilos. His Poppy has been taking him to the Y for swimming lessons for almost a year, and the water is so cold that he's been shaking the whole time he's been in and out of the water. But he still loves his swimming lessons. Someone told my husband they make wetsuits for toddlers so of course I went straight to Revain and read all the reviews of all the wetsuits. This one came highly recommended and other people's reviews were very helpful.

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • I don't dislike it much, everything is fine

Pink, Size 3 Fits Wetsuits

Bought for my 4.5 year old 38 lb 40 inch to wear to swim lessons. Size 3 goes all the way up and size 4 goes all the way down. Choose size 3: it's almost perfect. Fits snugly around the chest and arms as a wetsuit should and there is some room at the waist/hips for rapid growth. It billows out a little at the waist when wet, but not enough to interfere with a swim. The quality of the costume is excellent. I have an O'Neill shorty for wakeboarding and I would say this suit is just as well made…

Maximum warmth for a thin baby.

This wetsuit is worth the money. If you have a skinny kid, buy it! My skinny baby shook violently as soon as he got out of the pool. It was so bad that I considered canceling swimming lessons. I searched Amazon and bought this and the Speedo baby suit. This material is much thicker and the quality is noticeably higher. So the higher price is justified IMO. Also, this O'Neal suits him better, he's skinny and most of his clothes tend to be loose. Wetsuits are meant to be snug, but this one fits…
