Outdoor BBQ and Cooking

This is a quality device that I am satisfied with. The buyer beware, however, that chopping pork is still an art. First the temperature has to be right. Still warm, but not too hot. Wait for it to cool and use this tool to turn your pork into mush. Even if your pork is "lean" waxed, it's hard to do it other than by hand. This grinder will cope with the task of evenly distributing fat. For the occasional one-shoulder cook, just make it by hand. If you pull a lot of shoulders at once or often…

Big time saver! in Grill & BBQ Utensils

I'm a caterer and chopping boston cigarette butts is agony. Smoking is the easy part but I've always been afraid to grind them up. First I made them with my hands, and then I tried my claws. The claws helped, but if you grind up 20 Boston cigarette butts you'll hate the claws. In one of my smoker Facebook groups, a guy wrote that he uses it to shred pork. I knew immediately that I had to try. I used to hand crush Boston cigarette butts in aluminum pans. So of course I tried this stainless steel

Just received this item and it's fantastic! Delivered next day (so I chose this one.) Build quality is excellent, solder joints look even and clean, no lumps of solder or anything. Works great, shredded two 8# pork hams in one pot in about 30 seconds. Can't compare to a 4" version, though I wouldn't go for the 4" version because of the speed or whatever. The only reason I could think of getting the 4" version would be that maybe it would break the pork more evenly?side would define it, but the…
