The bag fits in the basket, the basket fits on the bike. Everything seems fine. Spring loaded, tuned almost at the expense of my slow fingers. Appears to be a quality product.

This is a great basket for my bike where I wanted to carry items that might need protection from the rain. I've read other reviews and read warnings about snap springs because it can hurt your hand if you're not careful. I jumped when the basket first took shape and no problem after that. It's spacious and can take a beating.

The frame started rusting immediately but I give 5 stars for the way the seller responded to my problem. I painted it with high quality tool paint and I think it will work. The bag has a pungent odor; but I hung it on a clothesline (outside) for a few days and that also helped and got rid of the smell. The sprung frame also got my hands on it. That's not to say the springs don't have quality strength, LOL.

The metal components are very stable and well made. The soft/insulated liner is also very well made. It is excellent for the intended use of our 11-pound (Imperial) Shih Tzu during our bike rides. A full-size Shih Tzu weighing 13 pounds will be a bit cramped. I am very pleased! It didn't smell and I was careful with the pen. I find these things excessive. My electric bike doesn't fit on the front rack so I put it on the back.
