Warm and bright best light bulbs

Good light bulbs for our rack lights. The glass is translucent, so the look and color of the bulbs was important. They stay warm throughout the dimming range and are controlled by Alexa and a pair of smart dimmers.

Perfect for my application

I replaced an E26 bulb ceiling light that was providing insufficient lighting in our butler's pantry with a new twin bulb light fixture. These bulbs were just the amount of light I needed; 5000k would be too expensive.

Lifespan less than 18 months

About 18 months ago I replaced two of the three lights in the hallway with these. A few weeks ago these OPALRAY lamps started flickering when first switched on and then almost completely went out within a few seconds. As for the third (non-OPALRAY) bulb which I never replaced, it still works.
