Good Price, Best of the Winches

Mounting plate is missing but works. Should be fine. Remember that if you don't run the cable, you'll need a battery. It was for a trailer so I had to buy an extra battery for $80.

Keep scrolling! the best towing products and winches

Not a top product. Screws and nuts are missing. There was a problem with the reception so I sent it back. You can make as many trips around town to look for the right size screws to see if it works. Sorry for the bad rating but it cost me time and money.

Simply impressive. suitable for towing devices and winches

I was impressed as soon as I unpacked it. It was packaged carefully, the box had everything I needed, it has great features including an on/off switch, wired and two wireless remotes. Runs smoothly and pulls evenly.

Works alone for winches

I like the device, it works very well. Except I heard a noise while driving. I found out later that for some reason this unit turned on by itself, pulling the cord inward severely. The power cord also burned out. This could have caused a serious fire in my truck. I bought a second one, but this time I'm going to install a kill switch to turn it off when not in use.

They support their product

I have had a winch since April 1st, 2021. I started having battery drain issues. After troubleshooting, it was in the winch. I contacted the seller and 2 days later they sent another winch that was better than the first one. These winches are very easy to install, the instructions are easy to follow. I am so happy and very grateful. The new winch arrived on July 14, 2021. I highly recommend this seller.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTION; DO NOT BUY

Good quality winch. The remote control is defective and does not work! The contactors in the control box are rated for 30A and require 200A plus the contactors. I ordered one, returned it and ordered a second one but it didn't work and Revain refunded the purchase price. I ordered a Revain switchable contactor for $22.95, used the remote receiver from the control box, hooked it up to the contactor and got a working winch. THE WINCH IS GOOD, THE CONTROL UNIT SUPPLIED DOESN'T WORK!

UNUSEABLE, DO NOT BUY - Tow and winch item

WINCH UNUSEABLE! Very dissatisfied with this winch. I've used it to tow a small boat out of the water and onto the beach on a beach trailer. The winch handled the load with ease, drawing a maximum of 45 amps when I measured with the ammeter. 1. Use: Both wireless remotes stopped working after the first use (assuming the receiver failed but didn't investigate and just kept using the wired switch). 2nd use: winch drum cheek broken off and winch jammed. The reel spins freely and turns into a rat's nest waiting for customer service.

We have contacted the seller with these questions. They are working with us to find a solution to this problem. We recently installed this item and have used it a few times with a few issues. The winch keeps stopping and restarting when pulled up with the wireless remote control. When I use a free spool, the winch is released and the cable turns into a rat's nest, forcing it to tie. Love the looks and it comes with two nice wireless remote controls as well as a wired switch. of course after installing and checking the device (worked well) i was next to the winch and suddenly it moved a few cm on its own, the next day i found that the cable was pulled into the fairlead and clamped tightly to it , after receiving it, he was released.
