- I really think the ability it gives me is so much more than I imagined! It's really helpful as an employee when you are trying not only track my own time but also all those who have reported directly into this system too!! Not being able know what our customers think about us sometimes makes things difficult which has been solved now since we get feedback from them via reports that they send out daily or weekly depending how often there would be
