+ The bottom is in perfect condition; there are no blemishes.
When compared to getting protein from regular meals, there is a loss of muscle mass. There are gains made, but they are made gradually; you shouldn't expect results from just one jar. It's not steroids, I swear to God. There are other quick solutions available, but they come with all of the associated negative repercussions. For example, if you need it delivered quickly to the wrong address, there are other quick solutions. The reviews in which the reviewer states that they used the entire jar yet had no benefits make no sense to me at all. Put the reins on that! There must be a minimum of four cans or two large bags. You also need to have buckwheat-grilled fish, poultry, eggs, and cottage cheese in addition to these foods at least three times a day. In addition to this, you need to maintain a regular work schedule, ensure that you receive plenty of rest, and never exercise for more than an hour at a time. + The flavors are subdued, in contrast to those of other American ones, and they are not overly sweet or cloying (with the exception of strawberries, which have an offensive flavor). + Flavors such as French vanilla, mint chocolate chip ice cream, and chocolate-mint ice cream are not overpoweringly soothing but still provide a powerful punch. At the expense of ricky road and double chocolate, I think milk chocolate should also be good. I don't know how the flavor goes into cocoa; I have to try it. + Digestibility + Lightness in the body after it + Vitality and endurance + Working bcaa and glutamine, because obviously endurance improves in everyday life + About the same level as San and Dymat, but unquestionably superior to Maxler, Syntrax Matrix, and Ultimate Nutrition Pro Star Whey (they are more sugary and sweeter and thicker and on are more calm in tastes and smaller servings and the amount of protein is a little more but also more expensive a little)
