Good quality. In the past, people made the mistake of buying a "copy cat" brush head. Thumbs down. Although these nibs are high quality and a little cheaper than store bought, for a recommended nib change every 3 months or less they are still insanely expensive. My teeth are worth it but it would be nice to be able to buy multiple packs at a nice discounted price. Also, my order arrived with 2 nozzles, not 4th star for quality, no star for cost.

I love the way the toothbrush cleans my teeth but oh my god it has a bad interior design. It keeps moisture in the toothbrush, which encourages the growth of all that black mold or whatever, which contributes to shortening the life of any toothbrush, even if the brush itself doesn't need to be replaced just yet. Simply disgusting!

I have tried several types of Oral B heads and they are the easiest and most comfortable of all. They have rounded-ended bristles, almost the same height, and none of those rubbery, angular bristles. (Which didn't seem to work for me) I like the compact cross-action head and find that they clean up nicely. I've found that they don't stretch easily and last at least a month to six weeks without fading to indicate it's time to replace them. (I brush twice a day for a full 2 minutes)
