They have been great so far! We've only worked with them in regards to our initial consultation but they are very friendly staff who get straight down what needs doing as well helping you plan it all out too - which really helped us when we had questions!! Nothing at this stage however would make me unhappy about my experience through their team if I were expecting anything else than good results from such an experienced firm like theirs though (fingers crossed!).
