The ease of use was the best part for me! It just works and it's very easy to learn how to navigate through their product line. They also have tutorials so that you can feel confident with your purchase. I had no issues but there could be some easier navigation options available when trying to access certain features (like adding new products). It's easy to use and it allows me to quickly create new ideas and get them out into the world. There's no other platform that I know of that has such awesome tools for ideation. It would be great if they added some more templates for each category. I'm a student at the University of Washington and this is a great way to connect with students from all over the country.
