I really like how they are able to create something that looks unique for each client, but still very professional at all times! They have been working with us since we started our business in 2015 so there's no doubt about their professionalism or expertise within this field of work as well. The only thing i dislike sometimes when dealing directly with them (which isn't often) it can be hard not knowing exactly what you're paying until after payment has already gone through. The team members are very professional, responsive to client needs/requests & deliver quality work at reasonable prices! Also they have great communication skills in English which makes working with them so much more pleasant than some of our other Korean clients who prefer speaking only their native language rather then using translation software or even hiring an interpreter for meetings etc..
