bad product. I have used Oreck cleaning powder in the past with no problems. But as recommended by oreck, I used this pre-spray first and then applied oreck's cleaning powder as usual. Now all the powder sticks to the carpet like a sticky mass and can no longer be removed with the vacuum cleaner. He ruined my $400 rug! bad bad product.

I like this product. It does a good job of removing stains and stains on the carpet. However, I am dissatisfied with my last order as my bottles were shipped without vaporizer wands. only 2 bottles. The product is excellent, there is no shortage of atomizer stems. This is a great inconvenience. So I have to rate this transaction a 3.
