🧵 Pack of 5 Organ HL X Needles (Size 90/14) for Juki TL2000QI, TL2010Q, TL98 Series, Janome 1600P, and Janome 1600P-QC Machines Review

I've been using these needles for a few months now and find them the best for quilting on my Janome 1600P machine. I've been told that titanium needles last 5 times longer, but I haven't found that to be true. In fact, I prefer organ needles to titanium needles.

I recently bought a new Juki 2010Q sewing machine for bag making and bought these needles on the recommendation of a friend who has the same machine. Boy these things are good! Of course, not all sewing machine needles are created equal, these are the best I've ever used. They are very strong and stay nice and straight even with thick seams and zippers. I haven't broken one yet (knock on wood) although I finally had to change the needle because after 5 bags with it it wasn't that sharp anymore!

Excellent needles, sew multiple layers on my Juki semi-industrial sewing machine. With one of these needles and a Juki I was able to sew through 10-12 layers of regular weight jeans. I wouldn't do it regularly, I was just testing the machine. I've only ever broken a needle when I accidentally tried to sew through a metal zipper. They don't flex, which is a plus. The only downside is that they leave a pretty big hole in regular cotton quilt weights when you need to remove stitches.
