Organic Merino Slouchy Beanie Toque Review

Should have heard the reviews, too small. I ordered a large size thinking it would fit my husband's small head (he has an extra small head) but it turned out to be too small. makes me think that these photos of adults wearing a bucket hat aren't real unless they have a smaller head than my husband, which is extremely unlikely.

I went by other sizing reviews and it runs small; So I bought a large/adult for my 20 month old and it fit him perfectly. I'm taking off one star for size because I think the entire size chart needs to be changed. My comment on the size issue is consistent with everyone else. The product itself is very soft and I love the color.

I wish I could rate this better but the product is not as described. Child size, not adult size. Otherwise well done in Canada. The large one is designed for large children's heads or small adults. Very light for moderate cold. Too thin for frosty weather.

Based on other reviews I knew it would be small so I made it 1 larger. The racket was perfect for my 4 month old. I folded the bottom an inch and it fit her head snugly without flexing. He kept her warm at night when the outside temperature dropped below 60 degrees. She wore a hat under the hood of her jacket and in the tent at night. It washes well and is really soft. Cons: size. It's really not a baggy hat. I wasn't looking for it but if you are you will be disappointed.

I liked it because it was made in Canada (compared to China for most merino hats) but other reviews aren't joking when they say it runs small. I wear a 7 1/4 -7 3/8 baseball cap and the XL is too tight on my head. I leave it on to see if it stretches a bit but for now I can only wear it for about 30-45 minutes before my head starts to hurt.
