When I received them I thought they were perfect. After using it once and putting several wipes in the container, they appear to have ripped at the edge. I had the second one with some tools in it. I pulled it out and it broke in the same place. I missed Revain's 30 day return policy and I don't know how to get a refund. Your description states that satisfaction is guaranteed.

First off, it doesn't feel strong, but that doesn't mean it isn't. You can't tell how well something will hold up in a day or two. If you can, it was probably pretty bad! But what I like the most is that there are so many ways to use it, resize it, add or remove sections. I expect to use it primarily for shopping, although I see a lot of practical use along the way when we can finally feel free to make such plans again.

This organizer is worth the money! It's durable and works so well! Each of the three compartments has an additional panel that attaches with strong Velcro to divide the section in half. My husband had stuff packed into every corner of his truck and now it's organized for us to find. Each section can be folded. So if you only need a section or two, the rest snaps together and fastens with a latch. I get one for my car. You will love it!

You can use with or without dividers, I also took out 2 dividers and squeezed them to 2/3 the normal length, I no longer need grocery bags. Easy to adjust from 1-2-3 sections to load. Haven't used the baffle or lid yet. The handles are great for carrying up to (probably) 30 pounds of groceries. My only issue is that the straps don't adjust to the attachment points at the very back of my CR-V.
