good case. I will not post this thread near my car!

First of all, yarn is garbage. I use a case for my own wound up Mettler thread spools. If you want a good case, go for it (you can probably find a cheaper non-threaded case). If you want to hand sew small things like patches I don't see a problem (although I don't hand sew) but if you want to put them in the machine I'm sure that will bring you plenty of trouble. I personally never tried it because I didn't want to risk it. You can see the fluff coming off the thread. No thank you.

I bought these three months ago and used at least 1/3 different coils. None of them gave me any problems. I'm new to the sewing machine. We also got Brother CS6000i 3 months ago. I still can't get all the stitches I want on this machine but these bobbins are just great - pop in, use, pull out, pop in another, it really is the easiest way. thing about using this sewing machine. Not suitable for my car but easy to install.

These spools try to be standard class 15 spools but there is a defect in the shape so they don't fit, judging by the reviews and even advertising (if you read between the lines) on some machines. Including mine. The problem is that everything inside is too small on one side. Correction: I just pricked each coil with a 6mm drill bit (1/4" would probably be just as good or even better) and they all work fine. The whole box took about 5 minutes. So, as delivered: terrible.
