This item would have looked great but it arrived in an envelope so the soap box was totally crushed, the soap lock broke and the pump broke too. I was able to reassemble it using "MacGyver" but it still doesn't pump like it should. Quite a disappointment for a luxury product.

Package arrived damaged as almost every other review says. Embarrassing for a luxury product. You sent a packaged product in a flat envelope - it makes no sense. The price is too high and not worth it at all. Huge waste of money. One star because it smells good.

Item arrived damaged. On the first try, the pump was completely missing and the box was crushed. I am sending back a replacement and the replacement was also damaged. Wouldn't recommend it.

After sniffing this soap at a friend's I figured the quickest way to get it would be Revain but I'll be returning it in a heartbeat. This product is so diluted with water that it is virtually odorless. Super disappointed in what should be a luxury brand no matter where it is sold.

I enjoy the scent of hand soap. You only need a small drop to get good lather. The fragrance fills the bathroom and your hands smell wonderful.

I love this item but this seller was bad. Both drawers were damaged and the pump safety latch was completely disengaged. This product is too expensive to send so carelessly!
