    Glossy finish if you like it.

    Shiny paper which I didn't expect. So when the wrinkles are deep, they turn white. If you make a crease as a guide but don't intend to keep it folded in that position, don't sharpen the crease or it will turn white. I would have preferred a matte finish that doesn't turn the creases white when you sharpen them like you would with a bone folder.

    Glossy paper, not perfect

    As other reviewers have mentioned (I should have noticed!), this is a glossy paper like a magazine page. The folds turn white and areas such as the center of the page can become so loose from the many cross creases that the page begins to tear. I am including a photo to show this - note that I have folded the printed pattern inwards so my flower is solid red.

    Beautiful design, durable paper

    So when you buy paper online it's hard to tell what you're getting. Although this paper is DOUBLE SIDED, it is patterned on one side and plain on the other, which I wasn't expecting. However, the design is really pretty and the paper is a bit sturdier than I expected - it weighs about two magazine pages combined. It cuts easily and catches the eye. So I'm happy

    I don't like the shine in certain lights

    The paper has a glossy finish which I wasn't expecting, I don't like it when it's shiny in certain lights, really waters down the colours. I planned to paint over the paper with collage crayons, but to make the color glossy you need to add gloss. The cherry blossom patterns weren't impressive either. I was expecting small bright and natural pink blooms, but got huge blooms that didn't look like cherry blossoms at all.

    Nice patterns but horrible lanterns

    I originally bought them to make paper lanterns, hang a Christmas light chain on them and get glowing lanterns. However, please note that this product is NOT WASHIPAPIER. It's very dense, with a glossy finish. They make horrible lanterns because light can't penetrate the material at all. That aside, the designs are very pretty (I didn't even want to fold some - I wanted to frame them instead) and the price is fantastic.
