Zoom Parts and components supply

Fast delivery and great product! I replaced the 18t on my SS MTB with a 16t. That's a big difference in speed on level ground.

Pros
  • Anti-rust Chrome plating
Cons
  • Functionality

Too thick for use with regular chain

Despite the marketing claim that it is 3/32 speed, it was too thick to use with any of the 9 speed chains that I usually use chains for my single speed bike.

Pros
  • 3/32"
Cons
  • Compatibility

Too thick for 3/32, best for cycling

I have a 14 tooth cog and although the description said it would work with a 3/32 inch chain, it works Not. I have a 10 speed chain running at 1 speed and this cog gets stuck and doesn't run smoothly at all.

Pros
  • Hardened Chromo Spline construction
Cons
  • Something different

REVISED - Now listed as 3/32". Tolerances are acceptable. We will be buying more. -- Original Comment -- Thickness does not match 3/ 16" is 3/32". This makes it suitable for 1/8" chains. It's narrow for a 3/16" chain.

Pros
  • Designed for Shimano/Sram Cassette Body
Cons
  • Appearance
