Bought for myself. This was the most difficult puzzle I have ever put together. It took me two or three hours. Don't be afraid to take breaks and don't do it in one session, it can be frustrating. The end result is wonderful. Much luck!

The cannons on the side of the ship should be placed when you build the ship, not at the end of the build. Second, I used short pieces of duct tape to hold the ship together as I added the decks. Loved the end product. There are no instructions for the barrels - they just stand. Very complicated.

I thought it was a fun puzzle. However, this product arrived with bent parts that did not fit together. It didn't have instructions either, so we had to look it up online. This product stole an hour of my life that I will never get back. I am returning it today and I will never buy another 3dpuzzles product again! What a useless enterprise!

Bought this for my 12 year old son for Christmas. I've never seen or known anything like this, but I've always liked jigsaw puzzles, so I always try to get my 4 kids interested in jigsaw puzzles. When I mean that putting a puzzle together is very difficult, I don't mean difficult. Have steady hands because it took me a day or two because I would be at 50% then one wrong move would ruin what I had. It may be frustrating, but the reward is worth it. Speaking of pain the pieces are so wobbly depending on the set. The instructions are ok with help, but some parts are not even recognized on it, which is understandable because the parts are wobbly here too. Some have to be forced in, others…

I'm a big fan of these puzzles. It was my first big one, 4 in total. For starters you can only build a ship from the bottom up, believe me I spent 4 hours trying to build it from the back and top but I realized that it was useless. Put simply, it falls apart as you keep building it. Your only hope is to do it from the bottom up, being VERY careful not to hit him lest you push the piece too hard.
