Missing best software in radios

Cable worked great but had no software as listed on Revain. I bought this in the hope that it would be a turnkey solution for programming my radio. The listing said the cable came with a CD containing the latest Baofeng DM-5R programming software. Mirkit sent me 2 links to some sort of radio programming software but none of them worked with my DM-5R and cable. I finally found a working program. If you only want to plug in one cable, say so.

you have sent me software but it doesn't it doesn't work it says the com port is wrong is there a firmware that should come with it because I've tried it on many computers I need a firmware it says it comes with a special firmware, that's a joke. First you don't send the software CD and now your software doesn't work. Do you have software and firmware for Windows 7? Hale, I can email you directly instead of leaving a review.

Very good customer service

24 hours. Thanks to the advice I found what I need, I leave the cable for later. After I have the license I will buy for DM radio and the right equipment.

Works perfect! Well built. Correct cable for RD-5R and V3 DM-5R

This is the right cable for the RD-5R. This is important as some cables will not work with v3, Tier II radios. It's well built. Installed with no problems.
