Very useful tool when monitoring complex systems

With Oriwin we got an excellent overview with respect to our business processes in real time and over a long period. The interface is intuitive, easy to use and always current. From implementation, integration, configuration, test & acceptance all the way to operation & support, this product offers you everything you need! The implementation was done in collaboration with the existing IT staff. We did not have to write any code ourselves. I think this helped a lot as it took some of the burden…

Excellent Tool for Fault Detection and Alerting

The ability to monitor our product end-to-end, without having to rely upon third party services or products is what I appreciate most about this solution from OriWin (and their excellent customer support). We have been able to identify several issues with our product that we didn't know were happening until it was too late.
