    This phone has poor audio quality when using the handset or speakerphone.

    Poor phone sound quality when using handset or speakerphone. It's also supposed to work well for people with hearing aids, but it doesn't. My father, who wears hearing aids, was very dissatisfied with the phone because of the poor sound quality. Can we return it and get a refund? If yes, how do we do that?

    Junk DO NOT BUY on landlines

    Not working Emergency contact (Family) Store button NOT WORKING After pressing the store button for an hour I was able to program ONE OF THE 3 STORE BUTTONS Choose the phone number the first 2 or 3 keys you press. DON'T DO THIS MAYBE JUST MY 2nd or 3rd bad rating in 5 years

    Cheaply made and not amplified over the handset

    I was looking forward to this phone because I have a hearing loss. The speakerphone is audible but the handset is not audible. As soon as I answer the call, I cannot switch to speakerphone. It's difficult to use. I wanted to hang the phone on the wall and the handset holder had to be flipped. It got stuck and the thin plastic broke. I had to disassemble the phone to get the handset holder and glue it in place. The phone can be used, but not very well.
