So I have 6" calipers and they are AMAZING. Too bad I can't share this review. I wanted to snag some handy little calipers from the same line as my trusty blue pair from 5 years ago. I needed an 8" caliper for occasional use and settled on this "economy" model. delivery problem. I needed it immediately and decided not to bother with the return. as long as it lasted everything was fine now the compass is dead after 3 weeks of very light use approx. 40 measurements in total.
