I liked everything about the product except the end result. The waffles have a wide hot spot in the middle that is almost burnt. I've played around with the settings but the hotspot persists except on the lowest settings which causes them to undercook. I cannot recommend this waffle maker.

I was thrilled when I received my Belgian Easter waffle maker. It arrived in great condition and well packaged. I haven't had a waffle iron since I was a kid so I enjoyed using it. It makes great waffles and you can make them soft or crispy if you like. I even made an omelette there and it was a hit. So far I've cooked potatoes there and they make really good hash browns.
