I ordered this blade while trying to make a full set of black Oster blades. I get the silver blade. I paid for a black blade and all the ones I've bought from other vendors have been black. I think I will return this knife. I am very dissatisfied and the seller has done this many times with other unexpected hairdressers.

Fast delivery but I thought the blade was black. Unfortunately it is silver and does not match my set. The standard photo used for this article should be changed to one that clearly shows the blade is silver. I haven't opened it, so I can't comment on the blade itself.

I use this on an Oster Classic 76. Product performance is excellent. He turns and stands up immediately. This blade is the same as a #4 (1/2"") comb. She outperforms a comb in every way. I have several of these Easter blades for home use and they all work perfectly. Unfortunately, this one doesn't fit as well as the others. For some reason, this blade can bend back so far that its base cuts itself off and vibrates. This is the largest blade I have and I hope it's not a constant problem with large guards, but even with light pressure it still vibrates. I'm usually very impressed with Oster's detachable blades. I've made many cuts with previous blade sizes and haven't had to sharpen one in years! This 3 3/4 Easter blade is a different story. Hair cut unevenly if at all! I haven't used it often. I'll do some more testing with it later. It's getting dusty now. It's too late to return.

I bought this to groom my Maltese. This blade is dull, it almost never cuts hair. Unfortunately it is too late to send it back, otherwise I would have returned.

Please be careful when buying this product. The seller states that this is an improved black blade that does not heat up. not you! Acquired a basic silver blade. All other images of silver blades on the web are accurate descriptions. Bad taste in selling this item. You don't get what you think you're buying.
