ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! piss off!

Extremely disappointed with this brush. Misleading Pictures! The bristles are very short and this is a "finishing brush" and not a soft brush like the one in the picture. The bristles also fall out if I barely touch them. I haven't even tried it on horseback, but I was already looking for what I originally wanted to buy. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

Good brush - Grooming and bathing items

This brush is really good for our dog. She has short hair and scales, which helps her keep herself in check. The bristles are also soft enough not to hurt them. She is very itchy due to dry skin and I've read that bathing too often can dry her skin out even more. Instead we comb them more often to distribute their natural oils throughout the coat and that really helps. The brush also makes it very soft. This is not for a dog with long hair. Ideal for short haired dogs.

Nice and soft, unusual shape

Nice brush with soft bristles, rather unusual shape to hold. One end is smaller than the other, which works well when you need to comb different parts of the horse's body, which is sometimes too big with a brush, but it's weird to hold on to and I end up dropping it quite often. The bristles also seem to shed decently, although I've only used them a little (although I recently brushed a buckskin horse in a full winter coat, so I'm not exactly sure if it's due to the brush or the horse's…

Good product but yes different from stock picture

Yes the bristles are shorter than the photo but the bristles are about an inch not a centimeter (at least for me) and in my experience in OK, the finishing brushes aren't as long as the hard brushes anyway, so that makes sense to me. They are nice and soft and well filled with bristles. I think it will work fine and my horse will love it. Like any other product, it is machine made. If your bristles fall out, please request a replacement due to failure. If it's a reputable company, there's a…

  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

After 4 years I've finally replaced this brush in my show gear. This is a great finishing brush for that last second on your horse's muzzle, front hair and ears just before entering the show ring. I've never had a problem with falling bristles or static electricity - something you definitely don't want in a halter/conformation class. It's very soft and the bristles don't irritate my stud's ticklish bridge of nose or tips of ears. I also keep one of these in our regular home care routine. They…

Let's go to the garbage!

Unfortunately not the brush I was expecting. Since I "tried" to like it, the product is now in use, otherwise I would have sent it back. The bristles are very short. I have groomed horses for over 30 years and have never seen a brush like this. I've tried different combing techniques, but I've found that the brush always "finishes" the job badly after I've already brushed the horse thoroughly. The handle is also very uncomfortable to use. I tried again to hold the grip in different ways, but to

I bought this for my Italian Greyhounds and it works great!

Italian Greyhounds, like sighthounds, are a short-coated breed that does not require much grooming. However, brushing is always beneficial to reduce dandruff and improve blood circulation, which promotes healthy skin. Most professionals who show and breed IGs use beagle gloves, which are basically soft-bristled potholders, but they're expensive. My dogs are strictly pets, but I know the pros often use certain things for a reason. Before finding this brush, I didn't find anything that was as…

VERY sorry, disappointed.

I got a little mad when I got this in the mail. The bristles are MUCH shorter than the picture, they are about an inch long! which type?! Yes. Well the hair/bristles were falling out like CRAZY so I figured I'd have to give it a little wash to get rid of all the hair that fell out. NO! It did not work. And I don't know if it was just my brush, but it had a TERRIBLE smell after being perfectly clean and dry! I have a headache! it was so weird I couldn't believe it! Well I didn't want to waste my
