Different from the picture!

There are no cut-outs in the handle in the photo. This company does this to save money on materials, but it sacrifices the overall strength of the grip.

Pros
  • High-quality workmanship
Cons
  • Hard to say

The non-gripping side of the claw needs to be ground.

had to be ground down from the non-gripping side of the claw to get into those tight spots. I need to have a latch so I can break it and replace it immediately

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember that

Good quality at a good price

For dismantling hydraulic cylinders there is nothing better at this price. I had to sharpen the tip a bit to make it suitable for my application but the tool stayed strong enough. A simple but indispensable tool.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

Fits Subaru Differential Bearing Preload

I bought this to adjust Subaru transmissions. I use it instead of SST which costs hundreds of dollars. There are cutouts on the handle, but they do not affect its use.

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Drill Kit

Hook/handle needs to be stronger

The grip on this wrench flexes under load, rendering it unusable. It also had two handle cutouts not shown in the product photo, although the handle was still stronger than the hook. Tightening the other gland nut to the 440 ft-lb spec worked fine, but that one stuck and the wrench broke at 800 when trying to loosen it.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
