Great tool for the money even when bought at regular price! The tool is well made, works as it should, and is easy to use. With a little practice, I was able to make nearly perfect bladder expanders on a 4.75mm (3/16 inch) brake line. Deburring and beveling the end of the brake hose is a must to achieve good flares with this tool, but this step should be performed with any flare tool. The instructions are also well written. A few test runs and I think I have acceptable ones get bubble flares. For some time I will not connect the hydraulics (frame removed). I gave four stars instead of five because they didn't come out "perfect", now it could be operator error, or the design of the tool could make it difficult to center the tool *perfectly*.
