Long Length, unreliable for everyday use

I like the length but after only a few months the cord started to twist and tangle and now it's almost impossible to coil it up neatly, that is if you can stand to roll it and to untangle at the same time only to tangle again 😩😩 Half the time I give up and just throw it in a dirty pile because my hands can't take it.

Worked great for me.

I bought these cables to distribute the power from my generator set around the house. Take care of us for a while. Michael was unsuccessful but we had no power for several hours. These cables saved the day by allowing us to power the entire house without having to string hundreds of cables together, which would be a potential fire hazard.

Fire Hazard When Used As A Heavy Duty Power Strip

This cable is only useful if you're powering something ridiculously small that uses little power. If you use it for something more, it gets very hot! It gets so hot that gloves are required to move the line and we were concerned it would ignite the wood in the area we were shooting with it. I would never suggest using this cord with power tools, hair dryers, heaters, coffee pots, etc. Yes I should have been more careful to see it's 16/3 but I'm sure a lot of people like me will be looking at…
