I didn't have high hopes for this bag when I took it out of the box, just judging by the thin and light feel. Fast forward a month - this case is so durable! I've dropped it a few times, not only did it protect my phone from damage, it also left no marks on this chic case. Don't think twice! Unsurpassed value.

As you would expect from an Otterbox case. I like the mixed berry jam color because the silicone parts are already dark and shouldn't stain in jeans pockets etc. It's a bit bulky and I prefer the thinner cases for most days, but I knew that when I bought it and I love the protection this offers when I need it.

I love the symmetrical OtterBoxes! I like that it's very protective without being too heavy, but I wouldn't call it a 'lightweight' phone case. It has a notch around the front screen for protection, but I definitely recommend using a screen protector! I've dropped this phone and my previous phone in an OtterBox Symmetry (both with glass protectors) and never had a breakage issue. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because I expected to pay less for a solid color.

I purchased this case in Mix Berry Jam and it is exactly what I needed and was hoping for. First, it fits my iPhone XS perfectly. It's easy to put on and take off and fits my phone like a glove. I really like the OtterBox Symmetry design. I got a new iPhone Xs phone with an iPhone 7 update. My 7 has been in an Otterbox the entire time I've had it. I've dropped it 7 times over the course of 2 years and it worked. I've tried a few other cases but reversed them and found that it's best to stick with what works. I'm clumsy and I often drop phones, but the only time I've ever broken them was when they were taken out of OtterBox cases for a while. This is by far the thinnest OtterBox case I've had, but I feel like I'm still getting enough protection. The outside of the lid is NOT grippy (it's actually pretty smooth) so I dropped my phone which resulted in some denting and bruising on the lid itself but absolutely no external damage to the phone.
