Extremely poor quality

I wasn't expecting stainless steel or soft touch plastic handles but tools should at least be safe to use. I received a sliver of metal after holding it in my hand. I had to file the edges of the tool and I recommend doing this before doing anything with this tool. Also, the wrench is too short to apply enough force, so I had to use my own wrench instead.
