Big upgrade from stock

After the stock grips on my YZ450F wore out, I looked for a better set. I've always felt that the stock grips were too narrow in diameter for my hands and in general they were just uncomfortable. I first bought a set of Pro Grip 714 grips, but quickly realized that they were too soft for my liking. I threw them in the trash after a ride. Our grips offer a good balance between size, grip and comfort. I will use them until I find something better.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

BEST GRIPS - Sport

LOVE our grips. I've had them on both mountain bikes and motorcycles and will continue to ride them on all my future bikes. As with most things about cycling, it all comes down to personal preference. I found these grips very comfortable. They have a really good balance of durable, strong rubber that's also resilient enough to keep you feeling good in your hand for hours. I also like that they have a slightly larger diameter than other pens I've used.

  • Price
Cons
  • Without automatic

Good pens. Get some

I put these on my CB1100 hoping to get a thicker feel than the factory knobs. It worked. They are much more comfortable and have more traction than the standard tires. I didn't use glue and if you twist hard enough you can definitely move it. I have no intention of doing this, but it seems some people do. If you are, stick them on. Personally I don't like the big letters OURY so I put them letter side down. In my opinion more inventory.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • I'll add later

Extra comfort = priceless

Very comfortable handles ADVANTAGES:1. I feel more throttle response compared to standard cranks2. SUPER sticky even on my old gloves3. Easy Installation (Right side needs to be larger to fit over throttle) CONS: 1. Cannot use left bar ends unless you shorten OURY grips which is not necessary. 1a. You MUST cut off the OURY grips on the throttle side for the grip to fully fit. Still a damn comfortable grip. A very cheap modification that allows you to provide additional comfort. Extra comfort =โ€ฆ

Amazing grips for vibration reduction and comfort.

I've never used them on a road bike, I suspect I will on my next one, but they work great on my dirt bikes. Very noticeable reduction in vibration on my 200 and 300 ktm. I chase hair and my hands get numb, this greatly reduces the frequency of it. I found them a little less durable than profiled pads in a crash, but I'd choose comfort over shock resistance anytime. Also, the latter wears out longer compared to any off-road clutch I've ridden.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Updates

The rating speaks for itself

Great pens. They fit well, look smooth, absorb vibrations well, but I have to admit I don't get the hype surrounding these grips. Other reviews rave about how great they are, but they're really just pens. Also, after a few weeks of use, the rubber starts to roll and fall apart on the suede palms of my gloves. I have ordered many pairs and will probably continue to do so as they hold up well and I love the feel in my hands and the way they look.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Pretty good as an upgrade over the stock grips.

Pretty good as an upgrade from the stock grips on my 2013 Street Triple R. They look great, but there aren't many improvements in the damping department when it comes to eliminating vibration. For those with triples, note that they don't fit the throttle tube perfectlyโ€”there's a jagged ridge in the lip of the standard grips that causes these grips to lift up a bit. A slight annoyance, and something I don't even notice most days.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Good mostly, but...

Thick sticky grips that will breathe new life into your bike. Easy to install and a great way to rejuvenate the look of your old car. The internal diameter is the same as my stock cranks (the throttle side is slightly larger to accommodate the throttle bushing), but these cranks feel much more solid. The rubber is flexible and feels very comfortable, it's sticky enough to create just the right amount of friction without feeling sticky.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Just put on an off-road bike for a friend. He rides a Yamaha Wr450, Guy has bigger mittens so the idea was that the larger diameter would help reduce fatigue. They are just over 1-5/16" in diameter, which is about 1/16" larger compared to Scott's full Hurricane wafers. not much, but a lot compared to a 50/50 grip. I was expecting a larger diameter, what I wasn't expecting is how super soft they are, which is a good thing. when the safety wire is taut, but the softness really helps reduceโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Handy part
Cons
  • So far, so good
