This bag fits a pump, pressure gauge, allen wrenches, phone, keys, sweat/grease rag, hand sanitizer and mask, and has enough room to squeeze in a 16-ounce water bottle. Those are the big facts I'm spitting out. And quite small and thin even with everything crammed inside. When sprinting, there is little to no movement in the pocket. I was looking for something slimmer, especially as it sits higher on the torso than a fanny pack. I think you could easily carry three 12-ounce cans of Pepsi in a bag with enough room for your phone, wallet, keys, iPod, headphones, other keys, beef jerky, rock bars, and probably more. maybe a spare tire for your bike. I received this product fairly quickly and it met my expectations. At first I thought it was small because it comes in a very compact zip case, but when I took it out of the box it was the perfect size for my bike repair tools and even my water bottle.
