I bought these lights to use for Christmas decoration on our hospital unit where we aren't allowed to use any lights that are not LED and battery powered due to our fire safety policy. The lights are nice and bright and have nice patterns to choose from. I can't comment on how long the batteryies last as I don't know how often we changed them while I was off work. Overall a great product at a good price.

Update on LED Lights, the controller got wet and quit working BUT after it dried out - it is working again. Soft lights, not bright - perfect for air trees =- I would buy again

lighting system is great, nice choice of displays and being battery operated there is no need to have an outlet which also means no extension cords.I just set them up and they come on and shut off each day after several hours " set em and forget em" Or you can change the setting to have them stay on all day.

We don't have an outdoor outlet, so these were our only option for Christmas lights this season. I bought 2 strands to wrap around our porch banister, and they were great. Brightness rivaled our neighbor's traditional lights and the patterns you can select were delightful. The timer was my favorite feature, since we didn't have to remember, OR go outside, to turn lights on/off. The battery pack and lights withstood all the weather of an Midwest winter. We couldn't be happier!

When I first got these lights, I was delighted. They could be toggled to different timer settings, I could easily and consistently change the light patterns, and they looked lovely as well.However within 24 hours, the timer changing function broke on one set of lights and I physically had to remove the batteries in order to turn the lights off during the day as the toggle was now ineffective. Love the look of the lights with all of its many features, especially the timer! I chose the twinkling feature and they look beautiful lit in the garland! I was also extremely impressed in how quickly I received them! Great buy and will definitely buy again if ever in the need for battery operated lights!

I thought I was buying solar lights, but it turned out to be battery operated and the lights are beautiful, bright and lots of different ways to have them blink, etc. Love, love, love them so much I bought another set. It's full of lights a long cord and just terrific. Will buy more next season for sure as they have been on for a while and are not losing their brightness.

In impressed so far. These lights are SO bright! Almost have a bluish cast. 3D batteries and you're ready to go without worrying over finding an outlet. Timer is clearly marked,as are the functions. I put my strand on my little 4 ft tree,and that's all I needed.

Perfect! The colors are bright and beautiful, and the different modes give my front yard a new look every time I chose one, or just press the "combination" button. The convenience of the timer is the cherry on the cake!

Works very well. I have had them 12 days and have been using them on the 12 hour timer/combo mode and so far the batteries are lasting. They are bright and pretty. I have the multi-colored set (actually I have purchased 2 more sets since I got these) and the only complaint I have is that I would of preferred purple lights instead of the yellow ones in the set. They have been through lots of rain and a severe ice storm without problems.
