The lights are designed for indoor and outdoor use, but do not work outdoors!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Lamps lose moisture and stop working or shine dimly. 15 out of 75 pears don't fit. The support rep said they have a new design but I don't have a warranty for a couple of weeks yet. I asked to speak to a technician to find a solution. Maybe dielectric grease for lightbulbs and socket sealant. He won't touch it.

Good light but too bright

Not sure why the remote needs to be checked as it was not included. I don't like those lights, but I wanted them for our patio and those bright "midday sun amidst sugar" things. How to burn bright sunglasses. They're bright enough to turn off any patio solar lights (and even charge one of them up a bit). Now they will reside elsewhere, and a new, less intense, supernova string has been ordered. Just know that they are really very bright.

Unbreakable but short lived

These lights have been on in the backyard for almost a month now. that's all. I can confirm that it is indeed shatterproof plastic as I woke up this morning to find the cord/wire broke on its own and the lights on the concrete. When they got up everything was fine, all the lights worked. But only last a month until summer and the cable will break by itself? Low quality. I looked at the breakage and it didn't look melted or like it had been chewed by an animal. It just detached itself from theโ€ฆ

I was skeptical at first, as with any band, but I'm very impressed.

Firstly I could not have hung up my garden lights without shatterproof plastic bulbs which all arrived in perfect condition and every bulb worked - 0 faults. In my setup, the lights hang from support wires that run from 5 points on my house to my garage. All in all I used 275 feet of these lights for this project and every one of them worked. They have also withstood some pretty violent storms since their installation. My only concern is that I wish the wire clamps were stronger. A metal clipโ€ฆ

Beautiful and high quality

I bought these beautiful garlands for our patio and I want to tell you they are absolutely amazing. Our patio looks bright, inviting and colorful and the addition of garlands was a fantastic addition to our outdoor space. My kids love to play outside when the fairy lights come on in the evening. Installation is not difficult at all, and there are many options you can use to decorate your deck or porch. They are durable. So far they have survived a thunderstorm and a week of very hot weather and

Nice lighting, beware of insects

I'm so glad I bought the unbreakable ones because it would be very tiring to install the glass bulbs. I made 8 foot poles in pots filled with concrete to make bases for them, tied two pieces of rope together and hung them around the yard to decorate the area. The light is soft and romantic. The plastic bulbs have been in the sun for almost a month now and I don't notice any yellowing. But I will say they attract bugs like no other. The summer humidity made the bugs multiply faster, and theseโ€ฆ
