Ideal for roasting oysters. Heats up quickly, cools down quickly. The edges are not sharp. Pretty big enough to hold other gear. We cannot keep wild oyster shells here and have to throw them ashore. These stainless steel sinks are a good replacement.

A Rockefeller oyster has never been so light and looked so good on a plate. They are great for serving other appetizers. The product looks sophisticated for guests and is durable enough for frequent use. They're dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a breeze.

These stainless steel oyster shells were so great I ordered scallops too. We made grilled Rockefeller oysters with a giant chunk of crab meat as the first course at our fall dinner party!

Use ours on the grill in the oyster and jalapeno basket. We have ultra high temperature grill with flame function. No deformation. Place them in a bowl of soapy water for about 15 minutes, then peel them. I even washed the top shelf of the dishwasher. they are heavy Excellent purchase.

When I ordered this product I was afraid it would curl under the heat of my grill. To my surprise, it held its shape and worked great. The only complaint would be that the crevices are a bit difficult to clean. I use a small cleaning brush which does the job well. I would recommend this product to everyone.

They work great. Try this recipe that I've been making for years, only now I don't have to shell my oysters. I buy a can of shelled oysters at the supermarket. I put the oyster in the SS shell. I put about a teaspoon of oyster juice in the sink. I add about 1/4 teaspoon or less. Seafood Spice by Chef Paul Prudhomme. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. It is best smoked grilled but can also be in the oven at 475F for 5-7 minutes. Next time I'll add 1/4 inch bacon.
