Plastic tip is better than metal tip

This worked about the first couple dozen times I used it. Good quality plastic. As with any such device, slowly pull the plunger back and you will get less air. However, it let me down when I shoved it in the roast. With very little pressure, the tip of the product hit the bone and flexed (the position of the holes at the end actually compensated for this fracture). Next time I'll use a more durable product.

Pros
  • Plastic with detachable stainless steel injector needle
Cons
  • Annoying

The perfect injector for meat and poultry tools

The injector is very simple and perfect for our needs. I was concerned that it only comes with a tip/needle as other kits had 2+. The whole set is solidly built and when it arrived it was obvious that unless I accidentally tossed it in the bin, one needle will do. I don't know why I need a second needle. We used it to inject pork shoulder brine. He easily tidied it up and tucked it away until the next time we need it. Would definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Double hole design in the needle prevents clogging
Cons
  • Some small things

Love using this needle

Love using this needle, it's smaller than The Beast and can get into hard to reach places and deliver content. The disadvantage is that the needle penetrates the transparent area with some force. It sometimes pops out, and the relatively small slots in the needle can become clogged with any marinade that contains pulp or particles. over each injector. All in all this is a solid buy, just make sure the metal needle is actually inserted into the plastic body of the injector. It's also a good idea

Pros
  • For marinating chicken, turkey, beef or roast pork etc.
Cons
  • Zero
