The necessary screws for mounting the stand are missing.

Looks solid but the product was missing the screws needed for installation. Which was very uncomfortable after the money spent and the wait.

Not high enough when overhead

This is a well made stand but I bought it for bed use. Because it's not big enough and I have a sore throat, I have to turn my head to use it. This causes me more pain. Very disappointed because if it were higher it would be perfect.

Hand does not rest on pads

This is a great, RELIABLE product. It's well built. The base is heavy and durable. Unfortunately, the hands can't hold the iPhone either. The Apple iPad Pro 2018 was a big flop. My son and I have been trying to get this to work but hands keep collapsing so we're bringing it back. Many Thanks.

Highly Recommended - Computers and Accessories

Good I can't say enough good things about this video recording phone holder. It's heavy, durable, and fully adjustable, and you can tighten the connections with the included Allen wrench to keep it from moving when you get it where you want it. Totally satisfied with the quality.

Didn't expect this quality!

Wow! It's certainly well done. Almost well done. That works great. Two things make this ideal: 1. The springs are too strong for the clamps. So you are sure that your iPhone is not going anywhere. You just need some force to put your iPhone in.2. Instead of a special tool, there might be something more innovative to adjust the bolts if necessary. Also, I like it very much. Upgrade two over 6 stars.

THIS STAND WILL NOT FIT MY IPAD PRO 12.9 WITH MY CASE! VERY DISAPPOINTED. 🤬

It would be much better if my iPad 12.9 case could fit on the stand. Man, you could use a bigger holder to attach iPads with a case. It fits my iPhone with a case but not my iPad which is why I bought the case in the first place. If I take out my iPad just to put it on the stand, I'm worried that it might tip over and damage my device.
