Late 2011 MacBook Pro i5 core. This increased along with the original 4GB of RAM and an activity monitor that indicated around 3GB was being used in basic web browsing. Looks like one or more of the 4 memory cards we ordered are lemons. Worked great for a couple of weeks and increased the speed of our 2011 iMac.
