Looks good and works well. I wanted to love it but my problem is that it doesn't go deep enough into the bottle to ensure a good enough seal. My main goal is champagne, and I'm afraid it will burst every time I take a bottle out of the fridge.

It is really easy to use, just open and close the clips. I understand it's meant for champagne, but I've tried different drinking bottles anyway. Surprisingly, only a bottle of ginger ale works. I think it's because the bottle neck shape/groove is different. The silicone part of the thief is short (about half an inch). It cannot be applied to other beverage bottles, so I wasn't surprised.
