Super cute for reading glasses

These vintage reading glasses are very cute! They look old fashioned and English. Made of plastic, I hope they hold up, especially since my wife asks way too much of her readers, and they're also often worn on the head. They are dark in color and go well with her blonde hair. Best suited for a small face as the glasses are small and round like Harry Potter. They come with a very nice large and protective case. Also included is a cleaning cloth.

Pros
  • Little competitors
Cons
  • High price

Good reading glasses but not an attractive or adult style!

These are great reading glasses - very light which I love but although I thought the style and color were really cool when I picked them up they look FUN on me ! They make me look like a myopic 4 year old because the frames are so small my eyes squint too! NOT a good view. You look stupid. Don't worry, I always need reading glasses at home and they'll do for that, but I won't use them at work like I thought I would. I don't want anyone to see me in it.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Legacy

About a year ago I finally broke down and went to one of the eyewear chain stores to buy professional eye exams and prescription reading glasses. As it turns out, my eyes were pretty consistent. One eye needed a 2.0 correction and the other 2.25, making the usual over-the-counter scams eligible. Instead, I went ahead and bought designer eyewear and the total bill, even with my eye insurance plan, still cost me over $300! Without it it would cost around $500! This is perhaps the biggest legal…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • old
